At KasteRuska, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of T-Shirts & Tops, Shorts, and Pants & Trousers. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process as outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Final sale or clearance items, unless defective.

How to Initiate a Refund

To start the refund process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, including the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a refund for the original item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the issue in your email for faster resolution.
