KasteRuska offers products including T-Shirts & Tops, Shorts, and Pants & Trousers for purchase. All transactions are subject to product availability and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. KasteRuska is not liable for any loss or delay caused by inaccurate information provided by you. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KasteRuska, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or purchase of products. Refund Policy
KasteRuska is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Refunds are processed for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Defective or incorrect items will be fully refunded, including original shipping costs, upon verification.

Governing Law
