Tracking Your Order at KasteRuska

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email from [email protected]. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for this message.

Step 2: Use a Reliable Tracking Service

If you prefer to use a third-party tracking tool, we recommend 17Track. It supports hundreds of carriers worldwide and provides real-time updates. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit 17Track.net.
  2. Enter your tracking number in the search bar on the homepage.
  3. Click the "Track" button to see the latest status and location of your package.

Alternatively, you can use PackageRadar or AfterShip for similar functionality. All these services are free and easy to use.

Step 3: What to Expect

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. If you see no updates, please wait a day and try again. Typical statuses include:

  • Pre-Shipment – The label has been created, but the carrier has not yet received the package.
  • In Transit – Your package is on its way.
  • Out for Delivery – The package is with the local courier and will be delivered soon.
  • Delivered – The package has been left at your address or picked up.
